A dedicated attorney, community advocate, and proud husband and father of two, Kyle Shirley was born and raised right here in Prattville.
Kyle’s passion for making a positive difference in his client’s lives has been the driving force behind his legal practice. Now nearing fourteen years of practicing law, Kyle uses his dedication and sharp knowledge of the law daily. Whether he is fighting for justice in the courtroom, or working behind the scenes to settle a case, Kyle Shirley is a dedicated lawyer who will do what it takes to help you achieve your goals.
Kyle started his legal career in Montgomery and began practicing with McDowell Faulk & Shirly, Autauga County’s oldest law firm, in 2013. He has practiced in various areas of law such as juvenile law, family law, small claims, evictions and ejectments, criminal prosecution and defense as well as property and probate matters. Kyle has practiced in 55 of the 67 counties in Alabama, but the vast majority of his time has been in the Courts of Autauga County, Elmore County, and Chilton County.
Kyle serves as County Attorney for Autauga County, Town Attorney for the Town of Autaugaville, and volunteers legal services for numerous agencies and organizations including the Prattville Area Chamber of Commerce and Butterfly Bridge Children’s Advocacy Center. Kyle is also a certified Guardian ad Litem, representing numerous children in the family courts of Autauga County. He has also been appointed numerous times to serve as Special Master for family, domestic, and custody cases and is a registered mediator.
